at Lakeview Inn, Naples Maine

Lakeview Inn Naples Maine is open all year long and we look forward to welcoming you. Please ensure you read all policies prior to making your reservation. You can make your reservations by clicking on the “BOOK NOW” button or by phone at (207) 693-9099. You will be charged your first night’s stay and all reservations must be secured with a valid credit or debit card.

A $35 charge for each additional guest 1 years old and older per day will apply. Rates quoted do not include the 9% Maine state lodging tax.

Our guestrooms are for priced per night for double occupancy, which means two people staying in room regardless of how many it can accommodate. Any additional people in the room regardless of age are subject to the additional guest fee as detailed below under “Extra Guests”.

Your first nights deposit will be taken at the time of booking, unless you book 14 days or less before arrival at which time the full reservation balance will be required. Final payment of your reservation will be processed 14 days before your arrival to the credit card on file.

Minimum Stay Requirements at the Lakeview Inn:

  • Non-holiday weekends: Two-night minimum, we may accept a one-night stay based on availability.
  • Holiday (Sunday through Thursday): Two or Three-night minimum.
  • Special Events weekends: Three-night minimum or call to make special arrangements.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-In is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. There is an early check-in fee of $75 per room if the room(s) in question are ready and available. If you will be arriving after 7:00 pm, please notify us of your approximate arrival time on the day of arrival so that arrangements can be made. Keep in mind that there is a $35 late check-in fee per room reserved for arrivals after 7 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am.

Cancellation Policy:

Revised cancellation policy is effective 07/06/2024 and applies to reservations made from 7/6/2024. Reservations made prior to 7/6/2024 will be held to the cancellation policy that was agreed upon when your reservation was made and is detailed in your confirmation.

All booked and confirmed stays will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee, unless you have purchased travel protection when you booked your stay through our website at lakeviewinnmaine.com.

Cancellation Notification Requirements:

For cancellations 14 days or less before arrival, you will be held responsible for all room charges on the entire reservation. Guests are liable for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival/departure date. No-shows are also responsible for full payment of their entire reservation.

To protect yourself from unexpected circumstances we recommend that you exercise your option of purchasing a trip protection policy should you need to cancel your reservation. We offer a trip protection policy which you can be added when making your reservation through our website at lakeviewinnmaine.com. You can also follow up with your insurance carrier or credit card issuer and inquire about travel protection through them.

Additional Policies:

  • The Lakeview Inn is a smoke-free Inn.  Smoking is not permitted on the property is strictly enforced. A $350.00 fee will be assessed to the credit/debit card on file for anyone who smokes inside the Inn or on Lakeview Inn property. There may be an additional fee If there is a need for additional cleaning or if we find that damage has been done to the room during your stay.
  • Extra Guests: Rates are based on double occupancy. There is an additional charge of $35 per day for each extra guest staying with you during your stay. Children 1 Year old and over are $35 per day per child.
  • Children: We do accept children but ask that they be well behaved. Children must also be accompanied by an adult at all times and may not be left in a room alone or in the common areas at any time. Children not accompanied will be asked to bring a parent or guardian. Parent(s) and/or Guardian(s) are responsible for the behavior of their children to include not allowing them to run up, down and through the hallways. No toys are to be left in any of the common areas, porch or on the lawn. Children are not allowed to jump on the furniture in guest rooms or on any furniture in the common areas and outside furniture. It is the responsibility of the parent(s) and/or guardian(s) to clean up after their children. If the Lakeview Inn Staff has to clean up after your child(ren), you as the parent(s) and/or guardian(s) will be assessed a cleaning service charge of $50 per incident that will be charged to the credit card on file. Any damage incurred will be the responsibility of the parent(s) and/or guardian(s) and charged to the credit card on file.

  • We offer an allergy-free environment. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets, with the exception of “Service Dogs only”.
  • Burning of candles and/or incense in rooms or on the property is strictly prohibited.

Notice to Guests:

  • At the Lakeview Inn we strive to provide our guests with a great stay and offer a delicious breakfast each morning that they are with us. For this reason, we have a set menu each morning of the breakfast items that will be offered. It is the guest’s responsibility to indicate whether they have food allergies that can be harmful to them or to their loved ones. If you do have dietary restrictions, it will be prudent for you to plan ahead as we cannot accommodate all eating restrictions. Should you bring items that you can eat, you can place those items in the guest refrigerator located on the 3rd floor in the guest convenience center. It is important to know that we do use nuts in our kitchen. There are plenty of eating options in the Naples area should you decide that you do not want what is served for breakfast.
  • This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for items left in room. Please check your room thoroughly for personal items before leaving as there is a minimum charge of $25.00 plus postage for all items that are mailed to guests.
