Lakeview Inn is open all year long. Please inquire about group accommodations or extended stays.
Rooms range from $129 to $229 per night, double occupancy. Rates include a full home-cooked breakfast. A $25 charge for each additional guest will apply. Rates quoted do not include the 9% Maine state lodging tax.
A 2-night minimum stay is required for most summer weekends (some special event weekends may require a 3-night minimum). A valid credit card is required to hold any reservation.
Check-in is between 3 PM and 7 PM or by prior arrangement. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Breakfast (included) is served in the dining area from 8 AM to 9 AM. Coffee and beverages are always available in the guest convenience center (located on the 3rd floor).
All cancellations or changes to a confirmed reservation are subject to a $25.00 fee.
Fourteen days’ notice prior to arrival (30 days’ prior for weekends in July, August & September, or special events) is required to cancel or change the date of a reservation. For cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival (less than 30 days for weekends in July, August & September, or any special event), you will be held responsible for all room charges unless we are able to re-book the room. Guests are liable for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival/departure date. No-shows are also responsible for full payment of their entire reservation.
Most of our guestrooms are designed for double occupancy however there are several rooms that can accommodate a third person.
We offer an allergy-free environment. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
